All submitted online applications are first reviewed by our Recruitment Manager. Qualified candidates will then be contacted to schedule a phone interview with our Recruiter. After the initial phone interview, an in-person interview may be scheduled with the designated Site Manager. The Site Manager will determine if the candidate is a good fit and coordinate a formal employment offer.
A criminal background check is part of the pre-screening process, and a requirement of our application process.

Our comprehensive, industry-leading training and certification program consists of online training modules and quizzes, in addition to personalized on-the-job skills training and reinforcement with our Management team. It can be hard to describe a “typical” day at Meyers Auto Wash as no two days are the same! Employee responsibilities range from interacting with customers to provide education on our wash packages & Unlimited Wash Club, safely loading vehicles into our wash tunnel, maintaining Site cleanliness, performing hourly tunnel and equipment checks and other miscellaneous administrative tasks to keep our washes running at peak condition.

We are professional car washers, and we believe our Team Member’s uniforms and personal appearance should reflect that! Meyers Auto Wash will provide seasonally appropriate uniforms to include shirts and outerwear (coats and headwear). Black pants, socks, belt and non-slip shoes will be the responsibility of the Team Member. For jewelry, our Appearance Policy states no more than two stud earrings per ear, including only one stud nose piercing. Tattoos are allowed on arms, hands and legs, but not be visible above your shirt collar. Non-compliant tattoos must be covered with appropriate clothing or concealing makeup. Questions regarding facial hair and other hygiene-related topics can be discussed during the interview process.
